VAP PENS

Well yesterday I did very well in that I was not home all day long and I was around a non-smoker so I didn't take cigarettes with me. When I was home though I only smoked 8 cigarettes all day long not bad if I do say so myself; I left the house at 11 am and returned at 6 pm and went to bed around midnight, however I dozed off on the couch before 11 pm. The e-cig helped a lot, however, it did run out of juice on me while I was out. and then the very very good friend I have that I was with while taking me home went and bought me the E-Pen vaporizer what a change, I've gave up what cigarettes I had to my roommate this morning. I have been up since 7:30 am and yes I know it is still early to tell but you have to know me; I am the kind of person that needed a smoke and a cup of coffee right when my feet hit the floor. It has now been a half hour and yes the craving is there for a cigarette but I am reaching for the vap not a cigarette, which is healthier kinda, no tar and less nicotine the most important thing though is that you can now control how much nicotine goes into your body not the other way around with this way of quitting.
Withdrawal symptoms are now presenting themselves; the shaking that I had before I started this quit is getting worse by a long shot, the sweating is bad, the smell of ash trays is getting to me already, and irritability. I was supposed to go to my friends house today but I don't think I will be going, I might open my mouth.
I don't know what today will bring but I sure want to find out...
Well the shaking real bad has kicked in at the 6 hour mark. This is going to be a hard quit this time, oh boy. I never should have taken that puff on the 7th of this month when I had 6 days in on my last quit; I am so regretting it now!
